"Staff was great - we did have an issue with plumbing in our first room and we were given the option of moving - stuff happens and staff's friendly attitude and quick attention made this into just a minor inconvenience. Loved the breakfast - lots of kid friendly options and a few things rotated daily so there was always a nice selection. "Three times we were given a room and the key card would not work to open the door. Then, after breakfast, our key card would not work, locking us out of room, and it took a FOURTH trip to the front desk to get a key card that would let us back into our room."

"We loved the host at the front desk at check in. Our air unit did not work when we checked in and she moved us right away. The hotel is much more outdated than the pictures show. The rooms had a musty smell to them and the tubs were stained. For a very quick overnight stay it wouldn't be terrible but I wouldn't do much more than that for the price you pay."
