"This is not the hotel for the casual traveler. While the property is new, it was poorly built. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where you could hear neighbors from all sides. Especially the person above us. It sounded like the jolly green giant was staying up there. There is NO ICE MACHINE anywhere. When I asked at the front desk, I w@s handed an empty ice cube tray from behind the desk. But there was nothing to wash it or dry it with as there was literally no supplies in the kitchen. Not even a hand towel in the bathroom. I will not be staying here again. "

"Check in and out instructions were easy. More like a VRBO than a hotel. Cold pool in April, hot tub also not working. Mildew smell but that’s most of Florida. Place was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Did have to strip beds and make sure dishes were clean prior to check out. "
