We really liked it, and everything worked well for us. The breakfast is modest, but it is available. The building is a bit old, but it is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

The room was clean and bedding was very good. On the downside, The ac was not able to cool the room. We did not make an issue of it, we could get it cool enough to sleep and we were only there for the night. Staff was friendly and efficient

The property need so serious remodel. Rust in the bathtub/shower. Water damage need front door and bathroom. Had to come fix TV. Staff was friendly and polite. Furniture was oversize for the room and very very old and out dated. The mattress was ok. We got a sheet ans slept on top of bed and we slept in our clothes. We call shuttle for earlier pickup. There were several 18 wheeler trucks there. It is more like a truck stop. I see why it was so cheap. I will be asking for my money back. Take it off of expedia. I took pictures if you want to see.

Good room for the price. Coffee in the room but no coffee maker. Needed to iron a shirt. Ironing board. But no iron. The property is definitely dated. And not kept up. But. Friendly staff. Lots of places to eat are close.

This is an old property lack of maintenance, I think still have the original appliance. Not the best to sleep and rest, old window AC making noise as well as the bathroom faucet. The room cleanliness was not the best, the floor had dust. Staff super courteous.

This place needs some maintenance and upkeep. Overall it was okay, didn't have roaches or anything disgusting like that. Staff was helpful. The tiki bar was not open in June - they really should not advertise it as having a bar. You get what you pay for.

We stayed one night at Island Hotel of the Space Coast after our cruise and visited the Kennedy Space Center. Even though the building and the pool area are a bit outdated, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the room was quiet. The price included a continental breakfast. A good value-for-price for a short stay.
