"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"This hotel served its purpose for us. We were only there for one night as we were leaving for a cruise the following morning. It was very close to our cruise terminal and there were restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, the service was good, and the room was spacious."

"Our room at the Homewood Suites Cape Canaveral Hotel was spacious, clean, almost a full size kitchen with dishes, utensils and just about everything you will need. The lighting was good with ample outlets and charging ports. Cruise ship shuttle service is available for an additional fee. The location was perfect for our two nights pre-cruise stay. The complimentary breakfast was good enough. Although we didn’t swim in the pool, it looked clean and well maintained. Both nights we ate our dinner...

"There was a terrible odor all through the hallway. Rooms were just ok except for the sugar ants that were everywhere and our little tiny fridge was rickety and froze everything. I have meds that needed refrigerated and it was a challenge to keep it safe. For the money I’d stay somewhere else. It was a tad disappointing. Staff was pretty nice with the minimal contact we had with them."

"There were activities for kids. Brac access was good. Room on the 2nd fllor was below the height of the dune but water further out was visible and the sound of the waves at night was relaxing. "
