"This hotel was excellent. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed after long days of exploring Kyoto. The location too couldn’t be any better. It is close enough to all the places you’d like to visit that’s a walking distance away, while being placed in a quieter neighborhood where you feel part of the community. Will definitely want to come back here!"

"The lounge is great with free snacks and drinks and games. The breakfast was also quite good. The staff was nice as well. Our room didn't have a view, but was spacious with a nice bathroom. It's a ten minute drive from the train station, lots of good restaurants close by."

"In agreement with most past comments. Accessible (very close to the karasuma oike subway station) and within walking distance to most places, clean, nice jet stream shower, helpful staff. Amenities were great. Lots of items available. The cherry on top is the 24 hour lounge with complimentary bread and pastries that actually taste good."

"Instructions unclear about accessing property. We took a cab from kyoto station to the property where we had no access to enter. Apparently you need to go to an office near kyoto station before you are allowed into the property. Once there the staff did coordinate travel to the property. The property location was nice with many restaurants and shops with a 15-20 minute walk. Property was very nice with clothes washer and a way to dry the clothes as well as Instructions for how everything worked...
