"The room AC worked great and everything about this location was really nice. The only thing i had issues with were the beds, really springy and uncomfortable and the pillows felt like they were filled with beads instead of cotton or something soft/comfortable. What was amazing on this trip was that the Hotel Manager helped us flag down a van taxi when he noticed we were having trouble reserving one. He walked up the street and came running back with a taxi for our size group and helped us load the bags. What awesome service!!! Arigato Gozaimasu!"
