"This is the only terrible experience I have had for so many years of traveling. The bathroom is leaking badly like fountain, the bath tub has the similar size as the one for dogs in North America. It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing. "Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice.
Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any.
All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price,...
