"The location of this property cant be beat. It was within walking distance of everything and had plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. My only issue was with the miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. I could ask the front desk for something, ex water, and housekeeping wouldnt bring it or would bring something else instead. I would def stay here again while visiting. "

The rooms are not very big, but if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, it works well. As for the disadvantages, the room does not have a microwave, refrigerator, and the TV is quite small. However, I was happy to find that they have a small lobby area where guests can stay, with access to a microwave, tables, and chairs for eating. The front desk staff are also very nice and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay."

"Switches for lights are not easy to find, no ice, towels would be more accessible if they were on the shelf on the wall, no microwave, no indoor pool. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave. What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station. "
