My family and I traveled to DC to have our civil wedding ceremony. We needed an early check in so that we could get ready before heading to the courthouse. Well the team over delivered! "Honestly love this hotel, stay here nearly every visit to DC! Friendly staff, great breakfast, fun evening reception, on site parking. Perfect location. This visit was a bit less enjoyable only due to our room location - we were on the second floor over the restaurant, near the stairwell. Unfortunately lots of noise. Sigh. Next time I’ll just request a room on a higher floor like my previous stays."

"We were welcomed with a glass of champagne or rose. Our room was comfortable and delightfully decorated, including thoughtful and useful items like an umbrella and tote bag. We ordered a quick dinner in Cafe Riggs. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Staff was attentive and very friendly."

"The room was a joke! It was too small for two people. I could touch both walls without fully extending my arms. The bed was hard and I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of it. The shower was small and there were no washcloths offered. Don’t waste money on the breakfast as it was very limited and the coffee was terrible coffee. Staff was ok but sometimes difficult to find. It was clean and nicely decorated however the seating was uncomfortable. I would have rather paid twice...
