"The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and the location near the station was very convenient. "The location is rather off track. Right in front of a highway flyover. Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. Breakfast close like 10 am just too early. I wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.maybe one"

"For the location, all day place shibuya was great. Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location). Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine. Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process. "
