"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. "This hotel was very welcoming and so clean (it just opened at the time of this review). Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff and were offered tea and coffee while checking in. The room was very clean and nice. Only concern was there was no iron or steamer in the room, but I imagine you can ask the hotel to provide one at check-in. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Location is right across from Ebisu station which is one stop away from Shibuya (7 min train ride). "

"If you are a Shibuya person, this is the best location. It is located just a few steps from the Shibuya stop of the Narita Express at the New South Exit. The exit is so new, there are not even signs that tell you where it is if you are trying to enter it. It is steps away from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurant, and shopping. Best of all the price is affordable. The hotel rooms could be bigger and luxurious but for the price and location, it is unbeatable."
