"Rooms were very clean and easily taken care of. I cannot overemphasize how perfect the location was for me. Very convenient to the Shibuya station and infamous crossing as well as numerous food places. When I go back to Tokyo, I will be staying here again. I must also express a lot of gratitude to the staff for their help and kindness."
"My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!"
"Excellent location, comfortable room, very clean and loved having washer/dryer in room. Staff super friendly! Might be my favorite hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our stay!"
"It was great! Room was clean and staff was nice. The self service luggage storage was super helpful, especially with a airport bus stop right outside the property. About a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, so the location is really good too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)"
"Excellent location to Shibuya Station. Although the rooms are small, they have all the amenities. The cleaning staff was excellent. There was drinking water available on every floor. "
"The facilities were great. Coffee shop crew was always cheerful and helpful. Front desk staff was kind and courteous. Housekeeping was on the ball with keeping the room tidy and in stock.
And finally, location, location, location! Definitely recommend this property! I'll be back...."
