"Very pleasant and clean hotel in a convenient location. Although it is in a very busy area, the rooms are located above street level and were surprisingly quiet. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but they are functional and well designed. The smaller size is a reasonable trade-off for such a convenient location. The restaurant also serves a very good breakfast, which was especially appreciated since it can be difficult to find breakfast options elsewhere early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Excellent hotel, this was my second time in Tokyo and it was a great experience. Room fee was a little high during my stay I’m not sure what was going on that caused the price hike but it was still a 5 star experience. The breakfast at the main restaurant in the lobby was awful. Don’t waste your money on that option. There are better options off property for breakfast. I also used the laundry service and it was quite expensive. The staff was very helpful and most spoke enough English to help you with most services. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there if you want to be close to the Shibuya area and activities."

"Like that the hotel provides bottled water at the check in/check out counter. Especially in the hot weather of summer. As always the location is good. The staff helpful. The clothes hanger in the bathroom was faulty and does not retract. Informed front counter staff and it was fixed in the same day. Pleasant stay over all. Will recommend anytime. Unfortunately, I left behind my polo t-shirt in the closet. Really sad."

"This was a great stay! Extremely perfect location! A few minutes walk to several attractions- Shibuya Crossing, Shibuya Sky, Mega Don Quiote, etc. Tons of restaurants, cafes, bars. Loved it! The hotel was great. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Very clean! We had a great room with the best view of the city line. It was very spacious. Had no issues! Highly recommend!"
