"施設の設備環境もカハラならではの優雅でラグジュアリーで最高でした。 唯一希望するならランドリールーム（コインランドリー）があると助かります。 連日ワイアラエゴルフカントリークラブでラウンドしたので直ぐお洗濯ができたら良かったと^_^ 1日に2度もハウスキーピングして頂き常にタオルやいろいろ気持ちよく過ごせました。 ドルフィンビューはカハラホテルでしか感じられない癒しでしたよ^_^"

"I had a very poor welcome to the hotel, especially as visitor travelling 16 hours from a different location. I had to sit and wait for hours before i got a room and on top of that i had a very unclean room."

We left within an hour and asked the front desk for a clean room or a full refund — instead, they charged us for a full night. They even claimed bugs are “common in the area,” which didn’t sit right with us. We didn’t feel safe staying, so we had to scramble and find another hotel last minute. "Old hotel, beds are hard, windows are thin and I could hear cars honking and people screaming from the street and we were on the 23rd floor. The wind was also rattling the windows. You can also hear the people in other rooms. They have a tv, Roku, you have to use your streaming apps. They also have roaches. I killed 3. The hotel itself doesn’t have parking. But you can pay $50 a day, right next door. Staff wasn’t too friendly. You get what you pay for."

"A classic old school hotel, the Queen Kapiolani boasts a stunning unobstructed view of Diamond Head and a restaurant/bar with delicious food and tasty cocktails. Although a little older, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the street noise. We were on the 19th floor and could easily hear the traffic from the street, if we were on the balcony, we could hear conversations from other balconies/the pool. "Loved our stay from the moment we arrived till the last day. Friendly staff, very accommodating and professional. We received 2 complimentary water bottles with the hotel logo, nice souvenir! Our room was clean, bathroom came with a toilet bidet, loved that! The bell desk provided a bag with beach towels. They also have umbrellas since it rained a couple days. There’s self parking which was included with my booking and valet service. Since our flight home was at 11:30 pm, we were able to leave...

"This property is absolutely perfect. Near so many different stores and restaurants and the walk to the beach is smooth and simple. The condo was extremely clean. The only con I have is checkout time is extremely early considering you have to clean up take trash out wash dishes power off everything. Really didn’t have much time to wake up but besides that 10/10 highly recommend. "
