"The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's lots of construction going on inside the resort so prepare for scaffolding everywhere. Also the pool is soooo small. Another con is there are no microwaves in your room, and the resort does not have room service, so weird. I gave 3 stars because the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs to be repainted or wallpapered. On a positive note, the beds and linens are super comfy."

"Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman man who was working in the morning of the day we first arrived to drop off our luggage with baggage check was rude and impatient, when there was no wait. The bellhop was a lot friendlier than the first staff member we experienced. The room itself was exactly as pictured in the photos. The floor was one of the main things that was not kept up well. There were stains on the carpet that were more than just standard wear and tear. When parking in their parking structure it is extremely small and is as the reviews have said. You will need a compact car as the lot is small and has very steep ramps going up each level."

"If you’re planning a trip to Hawaii, make sure you’re prepared to spend, because almost everything comes with an extra cost. Parking alone was $72 per night, and most places you visit require paid parking as well. For the price of the hotel, I expected much more. The rooms were outdated and did not match the premium rates being charged. I also recommend checking your room carefully when you arrive, including the sheets, pillows, and bedding. I noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the pillows, which was very concerning. While I was in bed, I also felt something crawling on me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Hawaii is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery is breathtaking, but my overall hotel experience was disappointing. For the amount of money being spent, I expected cleaner accommodations, updated rooms, and much better attention to detail."

"It is a very nice hotel and close to everything. We booked an economy room but it ended up being fine. We weren’t in the room very much. The pool is small on property but nice. Also just a tip. For a much better price than the airport you can rent a car from Hertz or I believe Dollar across the street at the Hyatt Regency. It saved us 200$ for the week"

"The property was outstanding. The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The view was amazing. & loved that we could black out the room for an extra snooze in the morning. Walking distance from many restaurants in the area from casual to fine dining. A lot of activities on site to be entertained. A magician in the lobby entertaining guests and giving a sneak preview to the show they have upstairs. Staff was super helpful patient & understanding. The kalua pig nachos tho at the hang10bar was not a fave. The in too dining service was amazing and convenient. Overall a spectacular staycation for my birthday. We will definitely be back!"
