"Super cute hotel in downtown Memphis! Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Room was showing a little wear but bathroom was really clean and renovated. Area around the hotel is great, you can walk down to the park by the river or to a restaurant. We drove about 10 minutes to eat at Hattie B’s hot chicken, so good! Loved this hotel and our short stay!"

"Great desk clerks gave valuable tips on local attractions. AC worked very well. Sink area needs to add a towel bar. Internet was slow and didn’t work at all sometimes. Room was comfortable with a nice view. Elevators were fast. Breakfast was fabulous. "

"Overall stay was excellent. I do think there are upgrades and updating being done. This is a beautiful clean and well kept hotel. Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis "
