"We actually was relocated from our original reservation which was only 6 mins from Watkins Glen State Park. Our initial reservation was confirmed but when we arrived at the property, there was no more available room. We had no choice but to go to where Expedia found for us to stay for the night on August 29th, which is 35 mins drive from Watkins and 32 kms away. However, it turned way better. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is very helpful, clean and oragnized hotel, smelling fresh and clean unlike in the former inn, there are lots of stores nearby. We also woke up to well prepared and beautiful breakfast. Service is very good and prompt. The wife also works well and fast."
