"Apartment space is good, but beds are to hard like concrete. Airconditioning hard to turn on or don’t work. Dust on the ventilations. Mold in the bathrooms. Window blinds are broken. Floor was clean, but only the visible dirt underneath the beds. Dishwasher lose underneath the kitchen falls out when opened. Just 1 elevator working for 33 floor long waiting times."

"Unbeatable location, helpful staff, beautiful views to the city and a superb breakfast buffet. The only issue, which became quite a challenge, was that the currency exchange machine was not working. This was actually one of the reasons we chose the hotel, as we were counting on being able to exchange money there. I understand that things can happen, but it would have been helpful to have another option available when the machine was not working. I guess it would be best to arrive with some local currency or exchange money at the airport, as U.S. dollars are not accepted."
