"The location is near the Central Station and the L2/L3 station. It's also near Asian restaurants, and because of that, the area is a little untidy. The hotel is a little old, and feels like a 4-star hotel at most, rather than 5-star. The guest service is actually non-existent. As an example, the iron was missing from our suite, but after calling the guest service and asking the front desk in person, it was promised to be sent to our suite but we didn't get it. "The hotel is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to China town, paddy’s market and darling harbour. The room is good and spacious for us. They provide free coffee at ground floor, got water dispenser too. But we rent a car there, we have to pay AUD35 per day for parking. "

"The room was clean and housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and provided all necessary services. Parking wasn’t available during our stay because the car stacker was out of order. Overall, it’s a good hotel that met our expectations."
