"Clean room, the staff were very friendly, the kitchen had all of the pots, pans, etc needed. The laundry room came with detergent powder. 10/10 I recommend. They even have a very nice fitness center you can go to separated from the hotel about a 5 min walk."

"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"Check in was odd. Why have a computer check-in the day before, then again on arrival which was anything but smooth. I paid for late check out was door-knocked before the check out time."

"Great location, despite reports of the room being small we found it was fine. Had a few drinks down in reception later in the evening but felt like we were actually in the way. One night the guy behind the desk said they had stopped serving food at about ten past nine when all the menus said nine thirty. He also got his vacuum cleaner out whilst we were still having a drink before 10pm. Apart from that all good…"

"Beautiful quiet rooms with character. Immaculately presented. Great water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and 24 hour room service available. Convenience store down the road and close walking distance to the International Convention Centre. I can’t fault it. Highly recommend."
