What I like is it's location and accessibility to transportation with train ,bus and taxi. The staffs are very hospitable and pleasant. The room rate is affordable when it comes to budgeting.

I had an excellent stay at this guesthouse in Myeongdong! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of Myeongdong with lots of shopping, food, and easy access to public transport. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul! Highly recommend it!

Good place to go out and have fun on myeongdong and rest well in guest house. Comfortable beds, all clean, cozy, cooler on the floor, tea facilities in the corridor, hot water, fresh white towels! Near the metro and the center of Myeongdong is literally 5 min walk. Thank you!

Great guest gouse and very clean. There is an elevator so it is very convenient. Myeongdong is very close comfortable to shop and eat in street foos and the subway too takes around 5min. They have a free coffee machine for free. I really liked it, I will come again

K Guest Stay Hotel-Myeongdong, South Korea. Is only 5 minutes walk from Myeongdong Night Street Market. It's kind a challenging to find the location in the map. Google map will not working properly in South Korea, you can use Naver Map and Kakao Taxi. The hotel and the room is clean. Small room but convenient

Very nice stay. Location very very nice. Myeongdong center. Street food, shopping center is close. Only 2 min from Myeongdong station. Kind staff. But they provide self check in. Messenger can send messages to guest house. Room is a little small. But feel satisfied. Clean and good proce. We will stay again differently.

Can't beat the location. Close from subway, bus stops, unique food experience, and shopping. Tiny room is the only negative thing I can complain about. But for dollar for dollar, I was very satisfied with all the things they had done for me. One of the staff member, Sarika was so great! She always went extra miles to make us feel comfortable.I will always recommend K stay guest house to low budget travelers.

Very strategic location. Only 2min from Myeongdong station. And room also comfortable and quiet. Self check in system. There is a key with my name and room number. Also cctv. And there is phone and contact information. I can easily contact to guest house manager Mark. They kind. Staff Ms.Rica also very kind and nice person. I will stay with my family.

Very good stay. Only 2 minutes from Myeongdong station. 1st floor of front, 24 hr open 7/11 convenience store. Self check-in system. We can takea towels by self. But more convenience. I can take a new towels. Plastic bag. Manager working 10AM to 4PM. She is cleaning workers. She is kind. B I will visit again!!

So amazing stay. Definitely recommend here especially if you are Philippine. Location main street. But quite in the night. Room is a little small but enough for stay 2 people. And they provide self check in system. But staff Ms.Rica work 10AM to 3PM. She is Philippines and very kind good person. Good communications. But looks some busy for cleaning. There are many Philippines, i think maybe Ms.Rica. We are very satisfied. Worry about hot water, but any no problems. I definitely visti again.

Two-star Budget Hotel

It's in convenient location, close to shopping, transportation, and night market. No bedbugs. But no one at the front desk most of the time. When we saw someone, she was nice and helpful. TV didn't work. Shower is just a hose attached to the bathroom sink, there is no separate shower. Bathroom floor dried more quickly than expected after shower. AC worked well. Small room. No closet no storage no desk.
