A spacious property for a family of 5 with 3 big boys. It’s located in a convenient location. The check-in staff was very hospitable. The only downside was next door guests who stayed up talking late into the night which was heard through the thin wall.

Room was very clean and staffs were super helpful. I brought a wrong power converter, they let me borrow one so I can charge my phone. Also gave good advice on leaving for the airport earlier due to a snowstorm causing traffic delay.

The hotel was in a fun neighborhood but off the main street so it was very quiet. The front desk messaged daily via WhatsApp and it was very communicate and ask for laundry service (complimentary!) or trash pick up. The stay worked for our needs as we don't like a lot of hand holding and like to come and go as we please. There are lots of good local dining options nearby and close to trains too.

This place was nice and clean and looked like the images. On the day of check-in a staff provided clear instructions. The bed was REALLY comfortable. About 10 minute or less walk to Garosu-gil Sinsa Station. Lots of nice shops and cafe all around the area! I would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely and efficiently renovated property 10-15 minutes walk from popular streets of Gangnam area. Also, there are many interesting and less known but great eateries and little cafes within a block or two. The owner/staff members were very kind and helpful from the check in to check out. Room was very clean and daily services, including the full cleaning of the room can be arranged as needed. I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Gangnam.

The place is cozy, clean, and well-maintained. While it’s smaller than expected—especially when accommodating four large suitcases—it’s still a lovely and comfortable place to stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of charming cafés and restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of a shopping district. We stayed on the third floor, and although there's no elevator, the host kindly helped carry our heavy luggage during both check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. It's also just a short walk from Sinsa Station, making it convenient for getting around. If you're looking to avoid the crowds but still want easy access to great food, shopping, and transportation, this is definitely a place I’d recommend.

This property was very clean and neat. It is close to subway station, bus stop or Garosu-gil. The staff was very kind and willing to help or accommodate our needs. We had an excellent stay at Dandelion Sinsa Branch 1. The suite was a 2 bedroom, with 3 queen beds, 1 bath, and a kitchenette area that had a sink, mini fridge, microwave and washing machine. The suite was very spacious for 4 adults. I highly recommend staying here, the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and the metro. The neighborhood was quiet at night and very safe. Overall we had a great experience here! Communication with staff was very easy using the Expedia chat feature.

I just got back from an amazing vacation in South Korea, and I have to say, the staff really made my experience unforgettable! They were super helpful, kind, and always kept things professional. Even though there wasn't an elevator at the place, it wasn't a problem at all because they took it upon themselves to carry my bags to my room. When it was time for me to leave, they went above and beyond to help me with my luggage downstairs. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants where I could dive into the local culture and pointed me to great shopping spots. Overall, my time there was fantastic, and if I ever get the chance to visit South Korea again, I would absolutely love to stay here!

What a gem! the apartment is extremely clean, minimalist, comfortable, no clutter, perfect for short to mid stay. The staff is super nice and offer flexibility on cleaning schedules. No elevators, something to keep in mind when it comes to handling your luggage but depending on the time, the staff is very happy to help carry them up and down the stairs. Great location! walking distance to shops, restaurants, major subway lines and fancy neighborhoods in Gangnam! The staff is reactive and responsive. Special thanks for going above and beyond to help me retrieve my gold chain which got stuck in the washing machine. They were efficient and quick. Would have kept this gem to myself lol, but no gate keeping here, they deserve to be praised! I will come back.
