"The room was so dirty, full of dust and even had some urine left on the toilet. There was a big mosquito in my room but the counter closed at 11pm, so no one could help change the room during mid night."

" We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. It is close to foods and Metro. Quiet spot but there are bars close by so you can hear people coming out from drinking. There isn't any laundry soap so we had to get some. The kitchen is really basic. They do not want you to fully cook so just be aware. It was a cozy place to stay and would stay here again. "

"Loved everything about the property except the fact that the building runs on central air. We were not able to cool the room because it was not yet considered spring/ summer weather and therefore they would not cool the building. Luckily the room windows opened and we were able to cool the room that way. Great space and accommodations! "

"Biggest issue was the third room by the front door was really small and had no windows. It was much warmer in that room than the rest of the rooms. I was told that until summer, the AC is not turned on for all rooms. The front desk did give us a fan, but that was something unexpected. The staff was very good and the location was very good. "

"Cleaning was awful, nasty. We bought cleaning supplies for the bathroom and blankets ( one of the twin size beds on the family room has blood stains), every time we put the cleaning sign they just took the trash on the little bins. No vacuum. No cleaning, not making the bed, they even left the cards on the bedroom. The halls smelled like a mix of smoke and humidity. "Upon arrival, the staff was able to help in English no problem. Check in process was really fast and smooth. The room was exactly as the listing. It was very clean however, I did need a little better sweep but nothing bad. I do wish the coffee was restocked when it ran out. I stayed a week and loved my experience. So many good options, shopping, and metro stations near by. Will definitely book for my next trip. "

"Room is spacious, clean, well equipped and fit for 5 pax of our family. Reception staff attending to us is very friendly and courteous. Towel requests made are being handled fast and promptly. Location is great. Lack of a big mirror for my wife’s make up use. Beds headboard need to clean up"
