One of the things that really sets this hotel apart is that it’s the only hotel in Rio with direct access to a private beach. Not only was it beautiful and exclusive, but it also made me feel completely safe and relaxed throughout my stay. Having that peace of mind while enjoying the ocean was priceless. Another huge plus was the heated pool. Not every place in Rio offers this, and it made all the difference, especially on cooler days when I still wanted to swim and unwind comfortably. What really made a difference for me was the kindness and flexibility the team showed by allowing me a late check-out. It gave me the chance to fully enjoy my last day in Rio without feeling rushed, and I’m so grateful for that extra level of care. "My recent stay at Americas Copacabana Hotel was excellent! The hotel's location is ideal--within walking distance of a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and Copacabana Beach. The hotel's staff members were tremendous--professional and personable. The room was very nice and comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding. I'm thankful to all of the team members I encountered; they each contributed to a first-rate experience!"

"Check in was super slow. Only two people checking guests in at check-in time and each one seemed to take 15 minutes and a couple of walks back and forth to a back office where they typed things in to a computer!? The WiFi was slow and didn’t remember guests after a few minutes which required signing in several times a day. The rooms were dated. You have to walk to the beach to get a towel even if you weren’t going to the beach across the street. Otherwise, our stay was amazing and the breakfast had tons of choices! Can’t beat the location and the views from the top!"
