"The staff was very professional and helpful. Two staff members who helped us was Juni (taller) and Ayu at the bar. Juni you were a ray of sunshine. The rooms were fabulous. We had an issue with the safe, they promptly came to fix it. The pizza and burrata at the Beach club was amazing! "

"Our stay at Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful and easily one of the highlights of our Bali trip. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out. Would like a special shout out to Ms Septi, Guest Relation Manager, who personally took us on a guided tour of the beautiful property and right upto escorting to the room. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel special. Our ocean-facing room with a private balcony, and the views was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from our balcony was Wow. The housekeeping services were immaculate and thorough. The breakfast experience was another highlight - for the variety and quality of the spread. A heartfelt thanks to Krisiada a the restaurant, who arranged a lovely table for us for dinner and ensured we were attended to right through the meal. We would also like to thanks Julio, the in-house photographer, who did a fantastic job capturing beautiful moments for us. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is absolutely stunning and easily one of the outstanding features of the resort. The view is captivating and perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The Balinese spa experience was equally impressive, offering deep relaxation in a serene setting. Overall, the resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Everything exceeded our expectations."

"This hotel was fabulous. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast was well worth it. There were two pool tables and a great infinity pool that was open till 1 AM. Our room was large with a big bed that was just a little hard. My only complaint would be the non stop techno music that never stopped in the lobby, restaurants and pool. After a while it became irritating. That said we would highly recommend this hotel"
