Cari Kotej di Semenanjung Yucatan

"Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Four pools gave more options to choose. Hector organized a very sweet compliment for us, it was pleasant surprise. Tasty food – especially Sea and stones restaurant(grilled octopus was wonderful)."

"Excellent Love it"

"We had a great time during our week stay at the resort. I am subtracting one star because of the following two reasons: 1. The personnel selling you stuff nobody wants offering you discounts you don't need are very pushy and agressive. They mention it is 90 mins of your time, but other guest told it is was usually nearly 3 hours oftentimes. Glad that we skipped them in a heart beat. 2. Cleaning lady and room service. On two separate occasions (one time the cleaning lady, and the second time...

"Good"

"When I travel is to rest and do whatever I want to. The hotel had too many people trying to sell you or offer you things. Of course always with a catch. I hate people approaching me to sell me something when I’m just trying to relax and enjoyed a vacation. Every time we passed by the lobby multiple people trying to talk you. Ruined my mood and vacation mode."

"Excelente servicio, 100% recomendado"

"Nice hotel for a short stay. I've been to Haciendas in Playas and the activities there are superb. This hotel had the activities center close early and nothing special for Halloween or Dia de Los Muertos. Hotel is clean, food is good in the buffet, service is also good, workers go out of their way to help. Beach is nice."

"Sobre este hotel no puedo escribir mucho, fuimos reubicados en otro hotel,"

"My god this hotel is not good at all they said all inclusive but it not coffee corner there you have to paid food when u seat down at the Japanese restaurant they give you limit food to order and the waiter there is no good at all she did that to our table and the table next to us as well all I just say everything in this hotel is charge and want your money they all about the money , when it said all include it that mean everything in the resort had to be free all for people to enjoy it I don’t...
