Hotel Spa di Semenanjung Karambunai

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. The works took place from 8am onwards, it didn't effect us. Its great to see the money being invested. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a wonderful sea view. "Great location & beach. Very disappointed with the condition of the property, very run downed. We can see that the property had good bones but just not maintained well. No property toiletries provided I.e face/hand towels, shampoo & conditioners. Aircond had leaks. Doors & windows leading out to the beach was broken. A lot of red ants all over the property. "
