"It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight. "This is a very weird place. The design is odd in general. It’s a bit run down. Huge parts of it seem to be in process of demolition. On one hand, it’s a ghost town. It does not seem like very many of the rooms or suites are inhabited. Yet the place is also teeming with Russians- and the stereotypes are true, Russians are, in general, cold and often come across as rude. This hotel catches this vibe.
