"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"HI, thank you for accommodating us on our recent stay. It was a beautiful resort, and the pools were so good. The only thing I did not like was the food in the restaurants for the price paid was not very good. I did expect better food from here although I would still return for another short stay. I am very glad I did not get the all-inclusive package for that reason. I am also happy we were located in the rooms closest to the pools as if we had of been down the other end it would have been too...

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel...

"Mooi verzorgd hotel met prachtige groene tuin. Zwembad is klein en stelt niet zoveel voor. Het is jammer dat er geen ligbedden zijn, waardoor het niet aantrekkelijk is daar langer te verblijven. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Ik miste wel lekkere yoghurt of kwark. Er stonden alleen hele mini bakjes waar je weinig aan hebt. Hotel ligt afgelegen dus je hebt altijd een taxi nodig."

"We are an older couple and found the hotel very accommodating. Large rooms Balinese style, lifts to floors. Ramps for walking or wheelchair. Huge selection for breakfast. Pool easy to get in and out of. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is 27 years old but still stands the test of time. Not far to walk to street restaurants but not a lot of shopping. Would recommend"
