"The hotel is in an excellent location. Well staffed, service is top notch. Parking is very safe. The room has a beautiful view of the city. The furniture very worn, needs to be updated. Bathroom was clean. We did find some flossing sticks from previous guest just under the bed. All things considered we would stay again. We will look a bit closer, have housekeeping finish cleaning from previous guest. The furniture is something they will hopefully update in the near future, not a deal breaker."

"It all came down to an extremely helpful staff. We had an extended stay to visit family and relied on the staff from reception, cleaning, and the restaurant to take care of our needs which everyone did regardless of which crew night and day. Always with a smile. Pretty impressive. I used the pool and gym which were both functional and clean. Again......service. The only negative is it's a little noisy on the weekends. Understandable being San Francisco."

"although the room was clean, one of the water glasses in the bathroom was chipped and i cut my lip on it. the signage about taking stuff and having it billed to us later was unexpected and strange. i thought breakfast was included but we were charged for it. the staff was polite and professional and union square designer shops were just a block away. it was overall, a good stay. thank you."
