The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant - from Bharna when we checked in, to Shukiba who, without being asked, assisted us moving our luggage to the exit door and Dee, who was on the front desk when we checked out. Why pay more to stay at the Deerfoot Inn! This hotel is literally within walking distance to the Deerfoot Inn and Casino but not in minus temperatures! "

Maybe having different types of pillows...soft, medium, hard...would provide those wishing to stay at your Sandman Hotel and Suites in Calgary South with additional choices when it comes to comfort when trying to sleep."
