"The hotel appeared to be operating well beyond capacity. Elevators were effectively unusable, with guests waiting 30+ minutes. I came across elderly guests climbing/descending 10–20+ flights of stairs to reach their rooms or check out. The front staff did not show much empathy, as if it is a regular occurrence. Quite embarrassing."

"There's not much to say, other than it was very nice. My room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, and the location, for me was very convenient. My only minor complaint was that the TV remote was difficult to use. I had to press the buttons incredibly hard to get some of them to work. Not the end of the world. I will definitely stay here again."
