"The staff here was incredibly friendly; I had a great experience. Loved that it was a gated facility because this area is definitely not for the faint of heart. My one complaint about the room is the floors were filthy. My brand new socks turned black on the bottoms in 5 minutes so I wore my shoes the rest of the time I was in the room."
