"His is a very clean facility with friendly staff. The pool area is well maintained and provided a fun atmosphere. We are surprised with complimentary breakfast vouchers that was a great saver and great meals all 3 days of our stay."

"The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean. A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

"Wasn’t happy with our room not being ready -when the check in time is as late as 4pm -asked when it would be ready and front desk didn’t know and didn’t seem to concerned when I expressed that we had dinner reservations for my husband’s birthday coming up at their sister property The room was nice and clean when we did get in"

I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. "valet staff rude I asked for extra blankets I wait an hour have to called 3 times asking for extra blankets and came with a whole on it bed sheets was inside out. As a 5 star hotel that paid 5-900 a night. I expected something better."

"Gorgeous property!"

"The adult pool was peaceful and never busy. Mostly retired folks. The seats even had cushions, which was nice. As it’s attached to the gym, there were washrooms & filtered water easily accessible. Wifi was a bit weak on the property, causing delays in streaming, or not streaming at all. However, the property and amenities made up for that. Very much enjoyed & will stay again."
