"The microwave did not work. There were loose tiles in the restroom on the floor. The restroom was terrible and not keep up very well, the handles in the shower area were not safe. There were empty soap dispensers which caused hazards when showering. It had a bad patch work on the walls and finished with paint that did not match the original color. Walls were so thin between the rooms you could hear the people in the next room and people talking in the hallway."

"Clean Towel had wad of black hair inside when opened to use after shower. I’m bald and my wife is a blonde, not ours. Second towel was stained with black marks, but appeared otherwise clean. Traded them in for cleanish towels after realizing they were not fully clean. Floor was so dirty that both my wife and I took a wash cloth to wipe off our feet after shower so as to avoid black marks when we got in bed.
