Hotel Mesra Alam di Santorini

"Advertised as a five star hotel; no way near there except for the views. Pool in the room was dirty. Staff was total inattentive. Price was way out of line for the quality of service."

"We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...
