"First impressions were great. But the mattress was old and curved shaped - firm from age. Jacuzzi broke and wasn’t repaired. Jug short the circuits the fuse board. So water stopped working on arrival. "

"Super nice facility and staff. It is a family owned and well maintained facility. The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will recommend this accommodation to everyone in a heartbeat."

"All the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The transfer arranged too and from the airport was great. The hotel is better than the pictures, the breakfast each morning was different and lovely. The pool areas and the beach beds well kept and always beds available. Would definitely stay again."
