The staff was so kind and helpful, Sofia helped with any hiccups we had in travel plans. Such a beautiful trip, and after touring the island we’re really glad we stayed here for a good blend of privacy with views but accessibility to Megalachori!"

"The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."

"I had an exceptional stay that exceeded nearly every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a stress-free visit. The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like it had been engineered for perfect sleep, and I appreciated the small details—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard throughout my stay. The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the relaxing common areas, or the on-site dining options, everything felt polished and well cared for. Speaking of dining, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation. It struck the perfect balance between being centrally located and still offering a peaceful retreat. What stood out most, though, was the consistency. "The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day and that never happened. The real issue though was that the property blew a fuse and there was NO electricity for 12 hours and the property manager was nowhere to be found. When he did respond, instead of owning up to it, the host said the entire village was without power, which was a bold-faced LIE as ALL of Oia was LIT UP! The reality is that it was only his 4 or 5 units and within 30 seconds of the maintenance crew showing up 12 hours later, the electricity was back on!!! That is not a village problem, that is a JUST BLUE problem. We can handle no TV. We can handle a fuse blowing, but we can't handle the unresponsiveness to our requests to fix it. The worst part though is that they LIED to hide the truth AND that is unacceptable. NOBODY should have to pay their hard earned money for an accommodation that has NO POWER for half a day!!!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!! "
