"Everything was great at this lovely property. The staff was exceptional--helpful and friendly. Our water taxi took us directly to the hotel and picked us up for our return to the airport. The property is in a great location. Close to the action, but on a quieter street. I'd definitely stay there again for a return trip. "

"A large picturesque apartment in Venice to enjoy quiet time but still be close enough to all the landmarks. Great restaurants and amenities very handy. Staff were lovely and only a phone call and a few hundred metres away if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. The only con was the shower. Although it had a large rain shower head, it only dribbled water down and the shower recess filled with water so much so we had to stop the shower to allow it to go down, worried it would flood...

"The hotel is in a great location on a side street and very quiet. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. There is no fridge or safe in the room. And no shelves or hooks in the bathroom for storage. The staff were wonderful and very responsive to email. They also have a spot to lock luggage if you arrive early, or have some time before leaving Venice. You can avoid carrying your luggage up and down bridges by taking the vaparetto from the train station to S Marcuolo stop, no...
