The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had a TV with Roku and airconditioning. The breakfast was a small buffet of prepackaged foods. The hot water didn't work on all days. The property is close to the train station. Overall a quiet and pleasant place.

We loved staying here. Great location , warm ocean front pool. Our room was very nice with a large sectional in the living area, enjoyed our friends coming over and playing games in the evening. I’ll definitely come back.

The Condado Plaza Hotel
For the people leaving bad reviews. Understand a few things. This is a historic hotel, which in my opinion adds to the character. Yes it’s old.
