The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had a TV with Roku and airconditioning. The breakfast was a small buffet of prepackaged foods. The hot water didn't work on all days. The property is close to the train station. Overall a quiet and pleasant place.

The Condado Plaza Hotel
Upon checking in the first room, had an issue with the AC went to the front desk, clerk they addressed it with no issues by assigning us to another room.
