"Clean, comfortable place to stay when flying in late on NYE. Went to the rooftop to watch the amazing fireworks that were going off all over the city. Rooms were sorta small, with a tight hallway and bathroom, and the door slammed shut every time it closed, but once settled, we all slept well. There was some confusion with booking on Expedia and getting the check-in codes....needed to text back and forth with the front desk, but staff was super nice so it all was good. "

"My stay at Casa Placita Hotel was amazing 🤩. The location is perfect close to everything and very convenient for getting around. So I didn’t need to rent a car since transportation only cost about $5–$10. The hotel is near the mall, beaches, Old San Juan, the T-Mobile District, and Plaza Santurce, which was my favorite. The hotel is cozy, very clean, and well maintained, with everything you need. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. This hotel exceeded my expectations,...

Not only is the building a brutalist masterpiece, the rooms are perfectly designed, the staff are helpful and friendly without being obsequious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As well as that, the area it sits in has fantastic restaurants (in particular Tastado for breakfast and Berlingeri for lunch) and is a short walk to the beautiful beach. "
