"A gem! Our room was absolutely stunning. We got a suite and both our and kids rooms were much larger and well appointed than we expected. In a very quiet local neighborhood but just a 5-10 minute walk away from all the sites you want to see. Great breakfast, and staff was very nice!"

"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa W. After a long walk through Venice with our luggage, the cool, fresh-smelling hotel and warm welcome from the staff were exactly what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, with great air conditioning and a beautiful canal view. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

Upon arrival, I tried calling the property several times and also sent messages through the Expedia app, including one a few days before my stay, but I did not...

The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it."
