"Fantastic locations, just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Breakfast was good, not just the normal waffles and yogurt."

"Breakfast was from 6-9am and they ran out of most food by 8am. Front staff was not helpful, overcharged me by $109. Pushed the button to confirm total on card machine w/out letting me read it. Charged $16 per day for parking and saw only 1 other car w/a parking tag. Asked several other guests and they did not pay to park. Jacuzzi was filthy. Water was discolored and thick scum all around sides. Would not step foot in there unless I wanted to get sick. Pool was supposedly heated but freezing. Only saw 1 teen boy get in the entire stay. Big party place for teens/early 20’s. Loud music and lots of smoking of many things. This was not at all the quality I expected for the price I paid. "

"Best place we have ever stayed in SF with our young kids! We will definitely be back. Parking was very secure and easy with an elevator directly to your room floor. The view was incredible! Everything was very clean including the baby crib. There is a mini store with fruit, drinks, and snacks in the lobby for the kids. The restaurant food was delicious and the kids meal was FREE with an adult entree!! It even came with a drink and an ice cream bar for them! 12/10 experience all around, it really made the trip wonderful. TY :)"

"Checking in was easy, however the property does not look like the pics. The room was dirty with ants in the bed had to be moved to a different room. The shower was not usable, there were stains in the shower and the water pressure was low. The room had a funky smell to it. After being switched to a different room it was a slight bit better. No bugs, still had a smell to it. The lights and tv didn’t work. I’m glad I only had to stay one night. Probably won’t book again."
