"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"This was a great place! Brand new and sparkling clean. It was a little bit further from where everything is, so there was a lot of walking involved - which we truly did not mind. Staff was very helpful and nice with suggestions and such. There is a washer in the apartment, which was convenient. They also have an electric drying rack. The apartment had a small kitchen, that was fully equipped. We did not use it though, but had our stay been longer, we would have. What I did not like was...

"This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel."
