"Very unique property "

"Staff very accommodating despite our inability to speak Italian. Staff patient and cordial and pleasant. Very welcoming. Their shuttle to the airport was easy and professional. We used the train to tour Venice for 2 nights and this was an easy walk, inexpensive, and fun. BRAVO!!!"

"Clean rooms and helpful stuff. We could leave our luggage before check in and stay in the outdoor pool after checkout and take a shower at the pool-house. Very good resturant with a free suttle service nearby. The air conditioner in one room was too weak for summer, in another room was excellent. The 15 euro fee for airport shuttle for one person seem alot since it is a 3 min. drive."

"Everything was great"

"Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff...

"Hotel Arlechino is in a very convenient location super close to the bus, train, and vaporetto stations. We knew we needed a close by location to other transport hubs as we would be flying from Marco Polo airport, visiting Murano & Burano, and going to Florence. If you’re looking for a central location to other areas in Italy this hotel checks off the boxes. I lost my luggage and the airline was able to deliver it to the Arlechino. When the luggage was delivered the hotel placed it in our room....

"Great place to stay on Venice with water shuttle operating every 20 minutes to San Marco square except from 1-2 pm. I would recommend that the hotel staff shuttle so there is no midday break. They also need to increase staff at front desk during heavy check in hours. Please note you need reservations to use the pool and use limited to 2 hours and hotel charges 40 euros to use the jacuzzi/whirlpool in the spa and reservations also required with time limit"
