"Beautiful room "

"We specifically went to view the fireworks for New Year's Eve. The hotel had a little gift for us upon check-in and the organization in getting the guests to a great viewing area was perfectly executed. I could not believe how well managed this was as well as the friendly attitudes the employees and the police offered for that entire evening. With the chaos all around, they did beautifully. I could not have asked for a better time or experience."

"The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan."

"The service from the valet to the checkout was lovely! The spa leaves a little bit to be desired as far as not very communicative service and no amenities like a sauna or soaking pool but my massage was wonderful. The front desk went above and beyond delivering my 2 door dash orders to the room and someone delivered fresh ice and water and a moon pie to the room in the evening."

"We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, and unfortunately the only positive aspect was its location. Beyond that, the experience was quite disappointing. There was a strong bleach smell lingering in the hallways at all times, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself felt unclean, and the air conditioning unit appeared to have not been properly cleaned in a long time—it was visibly dusty. We stayed for three nights and experienced constant sneezing throughout our stay. This raised serious health concerns for us, and even after checking out, we have continued to deal with sore throats. Overall, the conditions did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort."
