"I was very impressed with the SpringHill Suites in Downtown Dallas. We were in for a concert at American Airlines. I was a little nervous because it was downtown and was not sure of the area. I was quickly put at ease by the staff and the cleanliness of the area and the room. This is place is situated directly across from the Dallas World Aquarium and just a short 5 minute walk to Hooters and House of Blues. "Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"
