"The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. "This hotel has been going for a refurbishment recently But it is still nice and clean. I’m sure what to refer it meant is completed it be even better they could do with a fridge and maybe a microwave in the room and also a hairdryer."

"Staff very friendly, decor quite quirky which was why we picked it, not just the typical boring travelodge style, it is very individual. Our room was lovely, very spacious and warm, all facilities you would need. Free on-site parking a huge plus. We were staying for a gig in the city centre and an uber into town was less than £5 so can’t complain about location. Would def stay again. "

"Best hotel I've stayed in for some time. Parking was easy and safe accessible at the rear of the property through a locked gate. The staff were lovely and friendly on checked. It smelled amazing frombthevfood being cooked in the retaurant which i sadly didn't get chance to try. I stated in the Marco Polo suite which was well priced vs other hotels in Birmingham. The room was elegant with lovely decoration. The bed was comfortable with lovely ammenties with an area to work and a lovely big bath...
