"On-site parking with no problems. Sophia at reception was exceptional! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, made us feel very welcome after a long drive. The room was clean and tidy, bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a large variety of breakfast material, may be add some halal and vegetarian options would make it even better."

"If you are used to Premire Inn or the likes of this is not for you. However if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel like talking to the locals this could be for you with the drinks being reasonably priced. Car parking was good and secure Amazing breakfast, friendly staff I would stay here again. One note of warning the hotel does not offer evening meals, but the are in a 5 min radius several options."

"Ordered room service at a late time of the night. Whilst I don’t expect gourmet at 1am it is reasonable to have something edible. £35 for 2 dry panini rolls isn’t really good enough and this could be improved. Also no spa - which should make the 5 star experience better."

"Spent a Saturday night at the AC Marriott Birmingham with my partner and came away with mixed feelings. "Staff really welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were perfect and clean. Plenty of extra air conditioning around the hotel due to extreme high temperatures. Quick check in and check out. Offered a glass of bubbly on arrival. Despite busy hotel and World Cup Football there was no noise so slept really well. Breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and juices. Perfect location and will definitely stay again."
